HR as a Strategic Partner  

We’ve all heard it: "HR needs to have a seat at the table.” Rather than talking about how to get a seat at the table, this class outlines the skills you need to participate in high-level management; identifies ways to develop those skills; and reviews the strategic roles that HR should play. The class will include several case studies as well as an overview of HR’s role in merger and acquisition, due diligence, off-shoring, and other timely topics. Yields 5.5 strategic PHR/SPHR re-certification hours.
