Ethics need to be a part of every job and each field has its own set of ethics to be considered. What is the role of ethics in planning and executing projects? What does the professional project manager need to know and adhere to? Here's a chance to explore in a safe environment ethical issues in PM and the PMI's approach towards ethics. You'll use case studies to discuss topics like: lapses in ethical judgment; if poor performance is related to ethics; what is meant by ethics; pressures project managers sometime face regarding ethics; how to ensure ethical behavior; and how to deal with unethical behavior.
