Working with Differences  

This course begins with awareness exercises that point out that everyone has biases. Our previous experiences and perceptions automatically influence our present experiences and perceptions. Our goal is to recognize our biases so that we can work with them. A discussion is held on the effects of cultural differences, particularly on getting work done. Participants analyze case studies that reflect cultural diversity issues, and select and demonstrate strategies for resolving them.
