Effective business communicators listen with their eyes as well as their ears to understand words, tone, facial expressions and body language. Topics: techniques to focus your attention, coaching tips for listening and interacting under stress, attitude shifts, feedback skills, and “listening” to non-verbal messages. Using these skills can set you apart as a strong communicator. Yields 4 PDUs.
