Active Listening  

Active listening is a critical skill used by the most effective business communicators. Connecting powerfully opens the door to mutual engagement and respect. Topics: techniques to focus your attention, coaching tips for listening and interacting, feedback skills, connecting with other cultures and generations and “listening” to non-verbal messages. Using these skills in this fast-paced, inter-connected world can set you apart as a strong communicator. Yields 4 PDUs.
