Fundamentals of Technical Writing  

Designed for both aspiring and experienced technical writers and editors, this course provides an introduction to the critical elements of technical writing, including audience, project design, editing, problem solving, and effective use of language and graphics. Students gain experience and performance feedback while working collaboratively to develop an instructional document.

Bring a USB flash drive (minimum 2GB) to class.

Required textbook: Technical Communication Fundamentals, by William S. Pfeiffer and Kaye E. Adkins.
