Authoring Help  

Design and write truly helpful Help! This course provides instruction in the writing and distribution of effective online help files using Microsoft HTML Help Workshop. Students gain experience and performance feedback by working individually to write/create, test, and debug and industry standard Help file that includes contents/sitemap, index, graphics, and links. Knowledge of HTML is not required; templates are provided.
