Organizational Change Management: A Practical Approach  

Acquire practical concepts and tools to foster positive change in an organization, and learn how to integrate change into actual work processes. Particular attention is given to facilitating change in the following areas: improvement of business processes & technologies, merging of different business cultures, and the deployment of major policies and procedures. Course yields 5.5 hours toward PHR/SPHR re-certification.
