Stuffed Dough From Around the World   

Almost every culture has a dish in which morsels of meat, seafood, vegetables, or cheeses are enclosed in dough and then boiled, steamed, baked or fried. Chef Susan Kalin invites you to join in on making a few of the world's most well known stuffed doughs. The menu will include Hum Bao (Chinese steamed buns), Ravioli (Italian stuffed dough), Chinese Potstickers, and Vietnamese Fresh Rolls with Shrimp and Herbs.
