Becoming a Professional Recruiter  

Are you a new recruiter or do you wonder what recruiters do? Learn the basics of recruiting, develop a toolbox, and practice skills needed to be an effective recruiter. You'll create a job posting, practice cold-calling, discuss current sourcing and recruiting trends, explore social networking, create an interview form, and practice interviewing. In this hands-on course led by a seasoned recruiter, you'll acquire the skills and knowledge to make you a champion recruiter! Course approved for 12 hours toward PHR/SPHR re-certification.
