TELOS - Beginning T'ai Chi for Older Adults Stage 2

Yang Family style T'ai Chi stresses graceful and flowing body movement with fewer athletic demands due to shortened versions of 10-16 T'ai Chi movements, making it ideal for older adults. The aim for beginners is to increase balance, centering and grounding as well as to provide tools for relaxation and stress reduction. Don't forget to wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing!

Ken Wright
Ken has 20 years experience as a T’ai Chi instructor, and was the 1991 Bronze Medalist for the U.S. T’ai Chi Championship.
