Employee Satisfaction Surveys: The Pot of Gold  

Your employees know exactly what's needed for business success, but so many organizations overlook this information goldmine. Learn how to design effective surveys, as well as ways to ensure a high response rate. Hear about the latest survey tools and resources available. During this workshop you'll review actual results of an employee satisfaction survey across 27 dimensions within 4 categories: leadership, employee motivation, strategy implementation, and performance measurement. You'll review and discuss the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan across all dimensions. You'll use case studies to further understand the impact and value of employee surveys.
