Acting for Teens

Learn the basics of improvisation in this workshop designed for young actors. Using physicality and vocal acting skills, students will explore spontaneity, active listening, story-telling, character development, and teamwork skills which they can implement in a variety of different mediums. Learn how to improvise in a safe, non-judgmental environment devoted to serious fun and full-contact ridiculousness. Attendance and participation are essential requirements for this course. Taught by Basil Harris, a Seattle actor who has performed locally and nationally on stage, television and film.
