Improving Email Effectiveness  

In business, email is a primary method of communication. Develop a professional email style that represents you as a strong communicator and reduces the need for multiple messages. Topics: readability, tone, proofreading, flagging messages, editing and typical dos and don'ts. We'll discuss strategies to limit misunderstandings and angry messages, when to add warmth, and how to make your subject line meaningful.
