Finance for Non-Financial Managers  

Develop an understanding of financial statements and how to translate them into meaningful, useful information in this introduction to business finance. Become skilled at reading balance sheets and cash flow and income statements and proficient in doing expense and trend analysis. Find out how to examine statements for return on investment and price/earnings ratio and how to perform a ratio analysis. Get the know-how to manage money with ease and become more comfortable with financial matters.

Recommended Prerequisite: Accounting for Non-Accountants or equivalent knowledge.
