TELOS - Further Adventures in Genealogy

In continuance of “Exploring Your Family History,” we will explore the wealth of genealogical material available on the internet and in various physical repositories around the country. You will learn how to find, search and use newspapers, probate records, county histories, maps, and military records in constructing your family history. This class assumes you are already comfortable using your computer to conduct genealogical search and are familiar with Google, Ancestry.com and FamilySearch.org. If not, consider taking "Exploring Your Family History" either before or concurrently with this class.
