Managing Project Communication and Team Dynamics  

Communication and effective teamwork are critical but often overlooked components of effective project management. In this interactive class you will develop essential communication skills for project management success. Create a project communication plan, learn to use communication tools & techniques and discover best practices for managing a project team. Yields 12 PDUs.

Recommended Prerequisite: Principles of Project Management or equivalent.

Required texts:
Project Management Communication Tools. (Read Chapter 1 of the required text before the first class session.)

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge--Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013.
