Collaborative Leadership

Find out how to influence others to achieve goals and make a positive difference. Develop key competencies that successful leaders use to build and maintain credibility, collaborate effectively, and guide people to a better future. Simply managing people well enough to get the work done is no longer enough. Today’s businesses are looking for managers who are also leaders — those who can work on the strategic level, provide vision, create change, and build an environment where people can thrive and do their best. Based on the award-winning book The Leadership Challenge by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, this course can help you develop the leadership skills to “make extraordinary things happen.”

Required textbook: The Leadership Challenge Workbook, by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, 3rd ed.

Recommended textbook: The Leadership Challenge, by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, 5th ed.
