Fundamentals of Business  

Gain an understanding of the key business principles and critical functions that provide the foundation for a successful enterprise in this introductory course. Develop a working knowledge of business strategy, the value chain, and the role of diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, the supply chain, finance, accounting, human resources, and information technology. Practice applying key concepts to meet common business challenges. Based on How a Business Works by William Haeberle and Anatomy of a Business by Sasha Galbraith.

Recommended textbook: How a Business Works, by William C. Haeberle.

Optional textbook: Anatomy of a Business, by Sasha Galbraith.
