Managing People  

Gain practical insight into the art of managing others. Obtain guidelines and techniques to successfully develop high-performing teams that get results. Practice management skills in class to reinforce key concepts in this hands-on course based on management models from Alessandra and Hunsaker’s The New Art of Managing People and lessons from Buckingham and Coffman’s First, Break All the Rules. Get the instruction you need to develop the unique skill set required to manage people effectively. Yields 15 PDUs.

Required textbook: The New Art of Managing People, by Hunsaker and Alessandra

Recommended textbook: First, Break All the Rules, by Buckingham and Coffman.
