Project Process Development and Improvement  

Identifying, developing and applying processes and process improvements are critical components of successfully managing projects. In this class, acquire skills to develop and implement processes that are critical for project success. Other topics include creating process flow diagrams and applying those skills to develop a change management plan using industry tools, techniques and best practices. Yields 9 PDUs.

Recommended Prerequisites: Principles of Project Management or equivalent.

Recommended text: A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Fifth Edition.
