This is a high-level overview of how to plan and operate an airline, a condensed version of the course that Boeing has presented for years to hundreds of commercial customers large and small around the world.

We will touch on five different subjects: airline business models, airplane performance, airline economics, fleet planning, and airplane value analysis. While you might not be quite ready to jump into the business, you will certainly gain a good understanding of how complex, and how very risky, this business is.
