Structured Problem Solving  

Explore a structured approach to problem-solving that can improve your decision-making. Practice defining and diagnosing problems properly and applying tools to identify, evaluate, and prioritize solutions. Overcome the natural over-reliance on intuition and judgment that usually leads to bad results. This course leverages case studies across many functions and gives students a robust problem-solving tool kit.
