Business Analysis: Level 1  

This course provides participants with foundational skills for a career in business analysis. Participants will learn what business analysis is and how the Business Analyst impacts the organization. Topics: identifying the levels of requirements; communicating with stakeholders; eliciting requirements; the models that may be used by business analysts and capturing and reviewing the requirements with stakeholders. We’ll describe the importance of stakeholders and how to build relationships for project success.
