From Socially Awkward to Socially Awesome

Do you dread making "small talk"? Are you worried about saying the right thing, so you rarely say anything at all? Or perhaps you try, but your jokes fall flat, and you never quite connect to others.
In this casual, low-key workshop, we’ll identify strategies to overcome the barriers common to social awkwardness. You will learn self-confidence boosters as well as practice conversational tactics that can help pave the way to social "awesomeness".

Kate Reeves, MA is a marriage and family therapist focusing on social awkwardness and anxiety. She has coached hundreds in workshops and classes to increase their comfort in speaking with others on tough or awkward relationship topics.
