TELOS - Germs and Us   NEW!

This class is specifically designed for those with no science background. Students will learn the good and the bad from these invisible creatures. Topics include immunity, antibiotics, hygiene, fermented foods, and industrial applications. We’ll also discuss the latest results on intestinal microbes and their influence on health. The start of each lecture will update the dynamics of the current flu season.

Prior to “retiring,” Dr. Winston Brill enjoyed three careers: 1) professor at the University of Wisconsin, 2) founder of a biotech company, and 3) consultant and speaker on creativity and innovation.
