Ever increasingly, businesses depend on integrated approaches to attract and retain customers, earn profits and in essence, thrive. As new channels, such as mobile (smartphones and tablets) have emerged it has become critical to have mobile marketing strategies and campaigns integrated into your current marketing efforts. Topics: analytics, apps, cost and no-cost methods, strategies, ROI and trends. Class participants will develop a plan to reach customers via mobile devices and channels and a firm understanding of key strategies and tools for creating mobile marketing campaigns in order to secure and retain customers through this emerging channel.
