R EST 131 Real Estate Finance - 3CR/30 Clock Hours
Students learn the policies, problems, and methods involved in financing real property. The topics covered include loans and lenders, debt and security, money markets, financing alternatives and institutional and governmental sources of funds. Current Admissions information is required for this class. Information is current if there has been consecutive registraion (not missing more than four quarters) or by completing a new form.
