R EST 134 Residential Real Estate Practices - 3 CR/30 Clock Hours
Class covers the basics of getting started in residential real estate and includes: listing and sales techniques and agreements, agency and disclosure requirements, negotiations and exchanges. This class is required for real estate agents renewing their license for the first time. A college admissions application is required for registration in this class.
