R EST 137 HP 12C Financial Calculator - 1.5 CR/15 Clock Hours
Introduces the student to calculator functions and the input of data to achieve a desired result. The course incorporates basic real estate math, buyer qualification programming, amortization, and financial calculations as well as investment analysis. Course uses the HP12C calculator. This course is recommended for persons taking the real estate license exam, and real estate professionals who want an enjoyable and useful course to complete 15 hours of continuing education for licensing, and to increase their math skill. Student must bring an HP12C calculator to class. Text is provided. Current Admissions information is required for this class.
