Facilitation Skills for the Project Leader  

For a project to be successful, the team has to work together well. You as the project leader are directly responsible for leading the team to success. Building upon the skills learned in the "Managing the Project Team" course, learn and practice essential facilitation skills, including both verbal and nonverbal. You will engage in lecture, discussion, group work, and role plays to give you ample opportunity to see how these skills can be transferred to many of the leadership duties you perform every day as project managers. You'll cover learning styles, adult needs and expectations, team meetings, coaching, presentations, and much more.
