TELOS - Continuing T'ai Chi for Older Adults  

Yang Family style T'ai Chi, in a shortened version of 10-16 movements, stresses graceful and flowing body movement with fewer athletic demands, and is ideal for older adults. The aim in this one-hour class is to increase balance, centering, and grounding and to provide tools for relaxation and stress reduction.

Ken Wright has 20 years experience as a T'ai Chi instructor, and was the 1991 Bronze Medalist for the U.S. T’ai Chi Championship.
