TELOS - Advanced T'ai Chi for Older Adults (Level 4)   

Older adults who have mastered the basic moves of the shortened Yang family-style T'ai Chi can move forward with coach Ken Wright. Tai Chi, which stresses balance and graceful flowing body movements with less stressful athletic demands, is the ideal exercise program for older adults. Space is limited to 14.
