Agile Project Management  

Do you have issues with changing requirements? Is there urgency to complete your projects quickly? Do you frequently cancel projects after a significant investment? Agile Project Management can help you with these issues and more. You will learn that Agile is a common sense approach to software development. If you are new to Agile you will learn the basics and how to apply fundamental techniques. For those already versed in Agile, the course provides best practices, tools, and discussions on how real companies are using Agile. Topics: delivering customer-valued features in iterations, improving project team communication and collaboration, anticipating change, reducing project risk, and maintaining focus on the priorities. This course is for project managers, development leads/managers, developers, product managers, analysts, architects, testers, and technical executives. Content is applicable for all programming languages and development environments. Prerequisite: Experience with software projects and basic computer literacy.
