Intermediate Tai Chi   

Gently guided tai chi and qigong movements are introduced, practiced and reviewed, with emphasis on mindfulness and health benefits. The Simplified 24-movement Yang style form is the centerpiece of each class. Individual forms within it are taught sequentially, week by week. Some prior tai chi experience is suggested.
