Seafood lovers rejoice! We’re repeating our most popular class! See just how quick, easy, and versatile fish and shellfish are to prepare. Learn how to tell the doneness of shrimp, how to work with mussels, good searing technique and a method for baking fish. Recipes include Perfectly Poached Shrimp with Remoulade Sauce, Mussels in Saffron Broth, Seared Scallops with Lemon-Butter Sauce and Fish Gratin with Olives, Capers & Tomatoes.
