Whether you are a beginner or just trying to strengthen your fundamental skills, come join this lively drawing class. You will explore, through a series of exercises and personalized guidance, varying methods for capturing the natural world on paper. Using traditional drawing tools, this class will give you a greater understanding of representing the 3-dimensional world while developing your own unique style. Returning students are welcome.
Supplies:
Pad of 18"X24" Newsprint and/or 18"X24" 50lb sketch paper (Canson Biggie is popular brand.)
(1) 4B Pencil
(1) 6B Pencil
(1) Package of soft vine charcoal
(1-2) Sticks of back conte or other hard/compressed charcoal
(1) Pencil Sharpener
(1) Large kneaded eraser
(1) art gum eraser
(2) Large Binder Clips
