This capstone course is the culminating course of the Management Certificate Program. You will apply, in a case study format, a comprehensive solution to common business challenges using the tools and techniques learned in the program’s core and elective courses, including project management, finance, lean, performance, and communication. Prerequisite: completion of core classes in the Management Certificate Program.
