Become Yellow Belt certified with an introduction to process management and the tools of Six Sigma. You’ll learn Six Sigma's DMAIC methodology, process mapping, cause-and-effect tools, simple data analysis, basic control methods, and more, plus how to apply it in the workplace on a day-to-day basis. Participants who complete the course will be able to identify process improvement opportunities for escalation to Green or Black Belts and will be valuable resources within Lean Six Sigma project teams.
