Change is all around us - especially in today’s work environment. How can change impact organizational productivity, and how can it be controlled? This course focuses on how leaders effectively guide organizational change. Topics include: identifying productivity drivers in the organization; formulating effective conversations related to productivity; methods to achieve productivity goals; the necessary process for bringing about and supporting organizational change; and the role of leadership in a culture of change.
