Tired of the same meat and potatoes? Need more veggies in your diet but have no idea what's nutritious, delicious, or how to prepare them? Spend a fun-filled evening with Chef Marcello and discover how great veggies can be. He'll demonstrate how to make eggplant parmesan, an Italian vegetable stew, pan-seared tofu with garlic and ginger sauce, and a spicy stir fry with crispy Asian noodles.
