| SPECIAL OCCASION COOKIES
Learn how to decorate lovely cookies for the holidays, weddings and other special occasions. Topics include how to make and bake the cookies and how to decorate for that special event using fondant, buttercream and royal icing, plus other fun tricks. Each student takes home decorated cookies. Materials, tools, and handouts provided. Bring two wash cloths, apron, a small box to take cookies home in, and something to write with. CEUs: .3 |
