NEW! This class would make a great Mother's Day gift for you and your mom! Chef Lucinda will introduce you to chocolate: where it comes from, different types, and how to seed temper. She'll show you how to make elegant truffles, how to dip, mold, shape the chocolate, and learn special packaging techniques to display the delectables. Tasting is a must!
