Come and share a fun-filled evening exploring Rustic Cuisine (Old World Cuisine). Chef Marcello Baylor will teach you how to prepare a few old world favorites that have withstood the test of time! The feast will include Braised Chicken Salciccia, Shellfish Stew with Polenta, and Tilapia roasted with olives and plum tomatoes. We will cap the evening off with Zabaglione, a velvety rich custard.
