BELLYDANCING FOR FUN AND FITNESS, BEGINNING  

Have fun and feel good moving your body to the rhythms of this ancient, Middle Eastern dance. Belly dancing is a low-impact style of dance with benefits for all ages and body types. Learn undulations, isolation shimmies, and shabi. You will tone muscles, increase flexibility, and feel good about yourself. It's a total body experience that everyone can enjoy! Wear a leotard and sweatpants. CEUs: 1.2
