Bring binoculars to watch the seals and birds as you paddle around Bowman Bay on the sheltered north side of Deception Pass. View the bridge and rocky cliff shorelines from a vantage point few have experienced. Enjoy lunch on beautiful Rosario Beach, then explore the tide pools at low tide.
