PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP®)

Designed to prepare students for the PMP® exam, this course focuses on standards set by the Project Management Institute. Topics include project quality, scope, time, cost, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and more. Meets PMI® formal education requirement. Instructor is a certified PMP®.
