Line dancing isn’t just Country/Western anymore! Come and learn new and traditional line dances and step variations that include waltz, ballroom, and swing. Line dancing is fun and great exercise as it burns calories, increases metabolism, stimulates endorphins (the feel-good hormone), relieves depression and anxiety, and is an all-around stress reducer. No partners needed, fun required, and beginners with two left feet welcome!
