Comprehensive HR course designed as a prep course for HR professionals preparing to sit for their PHR or SPHR certification through HRCI.ORG. We teach using the SHRM Learning Materials. This course is also offered as an educational course for those wanting to learn more about the HR profession.
The online version of the HR PHR/SPHR MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE is recommended for busy HR professionals who are unable to attend an in-class session.
This course offers convenience and there is no preset time that participants must be online. The asynchronous learning environment allows you to explore the course material in depth and to express yourself in ways that are not always possible given the time constraints of a conventional class.
Since the course is instructor-led, there are also optional assigned class chat times in case students have unanswered questions.
Books are included in your course fee. Register as soon as possible prior to course start date to allow book shipping if you cannot pick up your books at the KSU Center. Books will be shipped freight collect via UPS.
Refund Policy
100% refund for all withdrawals or transfers made three or more business days (Monday - Friday) before the first day of class.
80% refund for all withdrawals or transfers made one or two business days (Monday - Friday) before the first day of class.
0% refund for all withdrawals or transfers made the day class begins or anytime following.
Refunds: If you paid by check, refunds are processed in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited.
