Prerequisite: You must establish and maintain an account on the Moodle Distance Learning system, have access to the internet and email to participate in this class.

The Online TESOL courses were designed to mirror our classroom courses as closely as possible, in an online environment. All four TESOL courses are 30 hours each, and may be taken interchangeably with our classroom courses to complete the Certificate program: * Issues of Culture and Language * Elements of Linguistics and Language Acquisition * Methods and Materials for Teaching ESOL * Teaching Grammar.

Online courses are interactive (but not live), with continual personalized feedback from the instructor. Recorded lectures include videos, audio files, and more within the presentation and reference materials.

Assignments are given weekly. There is a mid-term test and a final.

Online courses run for six (6) weeks, beginning on Mondays.
