Massage Basics
Discover the benefits that a holistic massage has to offer, based on the principle that body and mind wellness helps the whole person feel more relaxed. You will practice techniques of medium and deep muscle massage and Swedish massage as you learn a step-by-step massage sequence for each section of the body. The required text, "Book of Massage," is available at KSU Center Bookstore. Wear a bathing suit under your clothing and bring your book, set of twin sheets, pillow, and pillow case to first class. A signed waiver is required at the first class session.
